Support Nature in Art

Nature in Art opened its doors to the public in 1988. It is an independent art gallery and museum and as such gets no government funding or any other guaranteed or ongoing public or private financial support. We rely on our entrance fee, our activities and generous individuals to ensure that we can successfully run all our activities over the year.

Our aim is to present displays and opportunities of quality and diversity and to ensure that every visitor, whatever their age or experience, can engage with art in a stimulating and enjoyable way.

Our collection is constantly growing and we are always looking to fill gaps in our collection. The Art Fund and V&A / MLA Purchase Grant Fund have generously helped us to acquire some key items. The collection has also benefited from bequests and donations in kind.

After Covid-19 we are in particular need of support! Find out more

If you would like to support our work you can:

  • – Send a cheque made payable to ‘Nature in Art Trust’
  • – Offer a one off donation to support us through Covid-19 via The Big Give
  • – Set up a Direct debit
  • – Leave a bequest
If you shop online at Amazon there is a way you can make purchases that help Nature in Art at no cost to you or to us. By going to smile.amazon.co.uk (rather than the usual amazon.co.uk) you have access to exactly the same sellers and prices of goods, but 0.5% of your spend is donated to Nature in Art. On your first visit to AmazonSmile you are prompted to select a charitable organisation from their list – just pick Nature in Art Trust. From then on, whenever you use smile.amazon.co.uk you will be helping Nature in Art.
