Tuesday 13th February – Decoupage Jars.
These jars can then be used as a pencil pot, vase, store treasures or as decoration on the windowsill.
Children will be shown how to make a wire butterfly. We will then use a resin to paint the wings – creating a stained glass effect.
Children will also make a fabric flower, by putting scraps of material onto a polystyrene ball.
Children will be taught different water colour techniques. They will then draw around a template and paint their creature and use a splatter effect for the background.
A favourite of ours. Children will be taught how to use a jaunting to draw their design using hot wax. They will then use fabric paints to paint their pictures
We look forward to seeing you for our Half-Term Activities.
We will be running children’s activities in the Easter holidays. Please keep an eye on the website for more information.
