The iPad is a great concept sketching tool for conventional paintings, creating hybrid digital images or full digital works.
On this 1-day course Ian will familiarize you with the application Procreate. He will go through its functions and you will learn how to, import and export your work, import brushes, create brushes and create artworks in various styles from graphic lines to photo-real brushwork.

You will need to ensure that you have at least 1GB of space on your iPad, so that you can download content from the artist before the course.
Artist’s Profile Ian Coleman is a professional artist and over the last 32 years has produced gallery artworks in acrylics and oils, illustrations and graphic designs for books and advertising.
For the last 10 years Ian has run weekend courses on oil painting, watercolours and acrylic techniques. He is well known for his natural history paintings with a particular interest in marine-life.
